Our Policies

our return policies:

First and foremost; We take our customer service very seriously, musician to musician. If you receive a product from Nexus Saxophones and have any questions or concerns, please reach out using our contact page. We are happy to help!

If you would like to return an item, a request must be made to Nexus Saxophones within 7 calendar days of an item’s tracking number showing it being delivered by the carrier. Your item must be in like new condition in order to qualify for a refund. Return shipping is covered by the customer (unless the item is being returned for *store credit or exchange) and the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Any requests for returns made after the 7 day trial period will be denied. Any return made without an RMA number will be charged a 20% restocking fee or returned to the customer at their expense. To start a return, contact the shop via our contact page to receive an RMA number.

Reeds: For the health and safety of our customers, we will not accept any individual reeds or opened boxes of reeds for return or credit in any way.

Damaged items: (including scratches, wear of any kind, removal of protective blue tape on mouthpieces, sent back unclean or missing any original parts) will result in a non-negotiable 20% refurbishment and restocking fee. If a return item is deemed ‘beyond repair’, it will be sent back to the purchaser and no refund will be granted. All decisions are at the discretion of Nexus Saxophones and are final. So please, we urge you to take care when trying our hand crafted items! All refunds will be remitted pending inspection upon the return of the item and will be for the original purchase price only, excluding all shipping costs.

ALL saxophones and necks: are subject to a non-negotiable 7% cleaning, processing and restocking fee (not to exceed $500). This includes orders cancelled prior to shipment.

All other products are subject to a non-negotiable 3% restocking and processing fee. This includes orders cancelled prior to shipment.

Any product returned that was purchased using AFTERPAY will be subject to a non-negotiable 6% restocking and processing fee

*IF you would like to EXCHANGE any item for store credit (including mouthpieces) within the 7 day trial period, no restocking fee (if applicable) will be charged and we will happily cover shipping both ways. There is a limit to 1 exchange per order.
